What is involved when setting up an account?

Setting up your account is easy and once we have your details you can arrange private taxis whenever you need them.

As a private account holder, the process includes:

Lewis Taxis will issue account holders with a unique account number
When ordering taxis over phone the receptionist will ask for your account
Payment must be made 14 days after the billing date
You will receive an invoice on a monthly basis which will include all the journeys that took place that month
There will be an administration charge to facilitate the account set-up
